In 1997 a group of 6 friends from the city of Nova Iguaca, Rio de Janiero formed the samba pagode band called Grupo 100%. The group was immediately successful as only 1 year later they released their first CD Hoje eu vou pagodear.

They are well known in Brasil as being one of the most fresh and exciting new samba pagode bands from this era.

Grupo 100 is very excited as its their first European tour with shows arranged in Zurich, Milan, Barcelona and Amsterdam so far. They will play many songs from their new album coupled with the well known favorites! Dont miss out, come on Saturday 11th October to the Club More, Amsterdam and experience the true sounds of Rio de Janiero!

The night will not end early as afterwards the successful Energia do Brasil party commences with 2 Brazilian DJs, Caipirinhas and Brasilian snacks until the very early hours of the morning..
